Medical graduate of prestigious King George Medical College, Lucknow 90 batch, perused post-graduation in Radiotherapy (M.D) from Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow and DNB (Radiotherapy) from AIIMS.

He gained special training in VMAT, IGRT, IMRT, 3D Conformal radiotherapy, Brachytherapy; his experience in dispensing Brachytherapy in head and neck cancers, Oesophagus, Cervix, Prostate, Breast has been acknowledged many a times.

He has presented papers and delivered lectures in national and international conferences. His work experience has been in some of the premier cancer institutes of India namely I.R.C.H (AIIMS); Gujarat cancer centre, Ahmadabad; Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Centre, New Delh; VMMC &Safdarjang Hospital, New Delhi, Joined Dharamshila Cancer Hospital in 2007 in capacity of Consultant, Radiation Oncology

His areas of special interest are Head and neck cancer, Breast cancer, Brain tumor, Gynaecological cancers.
