Gynecologic Oncology Division at DHRC comprises a specialized team of professionals who are dedicated to preventing, diagnosing, treating, and managing cancers of the female reproductive system. These include cancers of the uterus, ovaries, cervix, endometrium, vagina, and vulva. The gynecologic oncology team brings together experts in gynecologic surgery, medical oncology, radiation oncology, radiology, genetics, and nursing. This specialized approach to treating gynecologic cancers provides patients with the exact type of services they need to battle their specific disease and its physical, emotional, and social side effects.

Surgical Procedures includes

Cytoreductive Surgery; Radical Hysterectomy, Vulvectomy and all forms of resection procedures for malignancy of female genital tract. LEEP cone Biopsy and other fertility preservation surgeries are done wherever indicated. Laparoscopic, laser and hysteroscopic surgeries are a routine.
