Visiting Hours should be strictly adhered to. All patient coming to the hospital, have very low resistance to fight infection. Visitors can be source of infection to them. To avoid inconvenience to the patient, one visitor at a time will be allowed in the Wards between 5:00 – 7:00 pm (summer) and 4:00 – 6:00 pm (winter) daily. In ICU, Morning visiting hours will be from 10:30 – 11:00 am and Evening from 5:00 – 5:30 pm.
It is usually best to limit visitors to two at a time, to respect the comfort of all our patients. We encourage families to discuss scheduling their visits, in order not to overwhelm the patient by visiting all at one time. While support from loved ones is important, we also ask that visitors respect the patient′s need for rest during their recovery. Discuss any unusual visiting circumstances with the patient′s nurse, so that the health care team might accommodate any special arrangements based on the patient′s specific situation. Visitors are recognized as an important part of your day but your care is the first and most important concern of Dharamshila Hospital. In the interest of your safety, hygiene and comfort visiting is restricted to certain times.
